A Schedule E in a bankruptcy filing is the list of Priority Unsecured claims. This is where you list debts that have priority in a bankruptcy, including tax debts, domestic support obligations, wages owed to employees, or contributions that are owed to employee benefit plans. If you received a notice of an Amended Schedule E, it means the debtor has made changes to that schedule since the original schedule was filed to begin the case.

A Notice of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is usually the original notice you receive if you are listed as a creditor in a bankruptcy case. You receive the notice which gives the name of the person or persons who filed bankruptcy, when the meeting of creditors will be held, and any other important deadlines you should be aware of in the case including how long you have to file a claim or file any objection.
