Chapter 13, Title 11, United States Code is what Chapter 13 commonly refers to.
It is a repayment and financial reorganisation imposed by federal bankruptcy court to a debtor who has a financial income.
This is different from Chapter 7 bankruptcy, which is a liquidation and required immediate repayment of the full dept.
