Forgotten Debts
You have to pay all the creditors you didn't list in your bankruptcy case.
Education
Student loans are not usually included in bankruptcy, but the Code allows for discharge if you can prove undue hardship.
Divorce Expenses
You must keep paying court-ordered child support and alimony, including amounts in arrears.
Taxes, Fees, Fines and Penalties
The government will expect to receive its court fees, as well as restitution payments or other penalties you may owe---and don't forget your recent federal, state and local taxes.
Drunken Driving
You have to pay debts that result from driving while intoxicated.
Other Bad Behavior
You have to pay debts from embezzlement, larceny, breach of fiduciary duty and other crimes and malicious acts.
