Violation of BK Automatic Stay in foreclosure I am trying to find varioius case law in the matter of damages being awarded in the issue of a mortgage company violating US Bankruptcy Law and automatic stay and foreclosing on a house when the stay had NOT been lifted. What kind of distress damages or other have been awarded. Need actual cases to research. |
