Tennessee Pay day Loans

I live in tennessee and I am currently out of work I had a payday loan (where you write a check and they hold it) and they sent it through to my bank and it obviously bounced,I've asked to make small payments toward the 230.00 and they want me to rewrite a check and bring in 50.00 (30.00 for renewal and 20 for returned check) but it is not possible and that is the only way they will work with me they keep threatening me with a warrant,is this possible that they can get a warrant or would this be a civil matter? Please help!

I live with my fiancce' and we have a joint banking account (therefore having both names on the personal check )and she has stated she would just call his work until it was paid ...,which makes no sense because the account at the loan place is in my name only NEVER has he signed a check or anything there and he is in chapter 7 bankruptcy as well,and then when I told her if that was the case then he would just file it under his chapter 7 bankruptcy,she said "how? his name isnt on the account" and let me also say that she hasnt CALLED me,or sent me a letter,the woman uses her PERSONAL cell phone and text my cell phone,now tell me how professional this is ? or legal?
