Property deed listed as L/E

I live in Texas. Years ago my parents put my name on a deed with L/E beside their name. Upon their death I will inherit the home. There is no mortgage on this property. I have a judgement for credit card debt, can a creditor seize the property? Can I homestead the home while my parents are still alive to protect it. I am considering bankruptcy at this time.
