If the banruptcy court does not dismiss the back alimony at the hearing do they have to do the reayment plan or can i re-do my wage garnishment..when i did the wage garnishment with city marshal i told them i wanted to get current interest on the jud City marshal(before all this bankruptcy court stuff happened) said i would have to go back to court and ask judge and also about the percentage..i was going to get 15 % which i should get 25% because it s alimony.if they dont dismiss the back support, do i have to do the repayment plan with trustee or can i redo the wage garnishment again. i also have a income execution for back child support that was going to collect after i collect the back alimony..which one is better or do i not have a choice? |
