How long does it take for a bankruptcy case to be reopened once the motion to reopen has been filed? Something happened so that my last certificate didn't make it to the bankruptcy court so that my debt can be discharged so my case was closed without discharged. I am trying to get my case reopened so the certificate can be filed. |

It depends on if you filed it your self or went to a banrupcy clinic or office to have it done it may have been that all you have to do is contact the agency you went through to have it filed i would call them to see if they still have record of it that way you should be able to refile it
