As soon as they received the letter from your lawyer that you are on bankruptcy. The lawyer makes you do a list of everyone you owe money to. and the lawyer in fact notifies them that you are under bankruptcy proceedings, then they stop.

If they don't stop, notify your attorney. Some creditors can get "lost in the shuffle", so to speak, and will still call you. Tell them your situation and refer them to your attorney. They may also ask you for your case number to verify this information.

Also, if they call trying to get you the sign a reaffirmation agreement
tell your lawyer. I know the item listed below happened a long
time ago, however, just to let you know companies on rare
situations may do fraudulent things.
