Ex Husband filing for Bankruptcy

My ex husband is filing for bankruptcy we had no joint debt and he owns the house which I have moved out of. We are filing seperately for taxes. We had an agreement before he decided to file for bankruptcy to split any tx refund or tax debt. He is now telling me that the court might take his refund if he gets one to pay back creditors but still wants me to pay him half of mine. Though I told him he would not be responsible for any tax payments I could owe.

If I were you I wouldn't pay it either. If he sues you for it fine, maybe the courts would ask you to pay, but probably not. It's not your responsibility, he needs to get out of it himself.
