There are so many attorneys that handle bankruptcy as low as $200.00 dollars for total fee. Some will take payment as long as it is paid in full prior to your court date. You can go on line in your state under lawyers.com and then type in Bankruptcy attorneys. There are know free services for bankruptcy.

Most attorneys will figure that out for you. Remember that everyone who is filing for bankruptcy is under some sort of financial distress, and the attorneys have worked out arrangements so they do get paid. When you meet with your bankruptcy attorney, simply ask them how they will receive payments.
