Can more than 1 vehicle be exempt in a chapter 7 bankruptcy in PA? I have 3 vehicles titled in my name but 2 of them belong to my 2 sons. We haven't had the money to change the titles since the cars were purchased before they had their drivers licenses. They are mid 90's cars so they are obviously not worth more that a few hundred dollars each but they are their transportation to their jobs. Can they be exempt under the Pa wild card? If not, Is there another way to save them? |

All of the vehicles are used and range from 1994 to 1996 and paid off but my concern is will they take them to try and use the money in an atempt to pay off some of the debt . These are the vehicles we each use to get to work . My main concern is that they will look at this in a legal sense because they are registered in my name but technically belong to 3 different people and are used to get to their jobs.
