Can a special process server issued by the courts enter your private property where signs are posted and issue a summons at your front door A local bank has tried to get a repleven order from a civil court and judge on a vehicle that is named on a chapter 11 federal bankruptcy case filed back in december! dont they have to go through federal bankruptcy court (judge federer springfield) and file motion with them to do this? its my understanding that the chapter 11 protects us from repossesion or being served until my restructure plan is complete or the federal court grants the bank permission to do so? seems like a dirty tactic by the bank trying to go around the bankruptcy court! Is this even legal? |
